February 28, 2002: A 1948 is introduced by Assemblywoman Loretta Weinberg in the Assembly.

May 13, 2002: S 1478 is introduced by Senator Wayne Bryant in the Senate.

November 18, 2002: S 1478 is voted out of the Senate Committee on Economic Growth, Agriculture, and Tourism by a 5 to 1 vote.

January 16, 2003: A 1948 is voted out of the Assembly Committee on Environment and Solid Waste by a 4 to 2 vote. Click here for more information.
